A revolutionary workplace intervention that positively influences performance, mindsets, attitudes, behaviours and ultimately an organisational culture of growth and flourishing. Project Fn adopts a hands-on, interactive (and fun!) approach to embedding work wellbeing as the norm for how staff 'show up' , how managers lead, and how business is run on a day-to-day basis.
We draw on years of experience and expertise and the research-backed fields of: positive psychology; science of happiness; and emotional intelligence (EQ).
At the heart of this approach, is the concept that by focusing on, and thereby growing your awareness of, your moments of flow* you build your psychological resources and increase your wellbeing. Pursuing and experiencing moments of flow, on a continuous basis, realise a state of “flourishing” – the ultimate human condition where people thrive.
