Values
The following values are the lifeblood of The Work Wellbeing Way.
We consciously and actively seek to realise them everyday and encourage others to join us on this journey

Appreciation is to value something highly and consciously acknowledge it.
“There is more to life than simply increasing its speed.” Ghandi
Compassion
Compassion is a feeling of deep sympathy accompanied by a strong desire to help.
“Fear grows out of the things we think; it lives in our minds. Compassion grows out of the things we are, and lives in our hearts.” Barbara Garrison
Encouragement
Encouragement is to inspire someone with the courage and confidence to do greater things.
“Most of us, swimming against the tides of trouble the world knows nothing about, need only a bit of praise or encouragement - and we will make the goal.” Jerome P. Fleishman
Forgiveness
Forgiveness is to give others pardon for something they may have done.
“It is only imperfection that complains of what is imperfect. The more perfect we are, the more gentle and quiet we become towards the defects of others.” Joseph Addison
Friendship
Friendship is sharing a mutual bond of trust, understanding and commitment.
"Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success" Henry Ford
Gratitude
Gratitude is being thankful.
"He is a wise man who does not grieve for the things which he has not, but rejoices for those which he has." Epictetus
Love
Love is a feeling of warm personal attachment or deep affection.
“Accept the things to which fate binds you, and love the people with whom fate brings you together, but do so with all your heart.” Marcus Aurelius
Respect
Respect is to show polite regard and consideration.

Service
Service is the action of helping or doing work for others whilst letting go of self-interest.
"Many times a day I realise how much my own outer and inner life is built upon the labours of my fellow men, both living and dead, and how earnestly I must exert myself in order to give in return as much as I have received. Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile." Albert Einstein
