There are great dining options in Paris, from bisto's to fine dining, boulangerie (bakeries) to bars with blackboard menus. 

It doesn't always have to be French cuisine either, as Italian, Middle Eastern, and even Japanese are well represented. 

But for my money, when in Paris, it's French all the way.
